Choose an assignment and a reviewer

Compare two property options, review a lease document or prepare a portfolio-date review. Name the person who will check the sources and decide when the output is ready to share.

Bring the minimum useful inputs

• Property comparison: the client’s location, space, timing and operating requirements; candidate details; proposals; and clearly labeled cost assumptions.
• Document review: the original file, its date and version, the related project, and the questions the reviewer needs to answer. Supported uploads include PDF, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, CSV, text and images; extraction depends on the file and content.
• Portfolio review: a CSV or Excel property schedule, recorded lease dates and costs, source references, and property coordinates where a map is needed. Validate units and incomplete values during import.
• Property X-Ray: a facility questionnaire, recorded dimensions and supported plans. Identify current and future requirements, missing measurements and assumptions. Outputs support concept planning, not engineering certification.

Confirm access before connecting data

Check workspace permissions and provider subscriptions with your administrator. Salesforce imports, research providers and other connections require configuration. CSV and Excel exchange does not imply a live sync with the original system.

Review one useful output

Check an extracted term against its source, save a comparison with explicit assumptions, or assign a portfolio action with an owner and date. Preserve unanswered questions. An uploaded file or generated answer is the start of the review.

Share the decision and the next step

Select the materials your colleague or client needs, confirm their access and share the reviewed recommendation. Agree who owns the next action. Confirm export and account-closure arrangements before adopting a long-term workflow.
